OUTCAST operates the online store at outcast.pk. This policy explains how information is used when you browse, shop, create an account or contact us.

Information we receive

When you order, we receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details, selected products and order information. If you create an account, we also keep the information needed to manage that account and its order history.

Our contact form receives the details and messages you provide. The collection-updates form receives your email address and your choice to receive updates. If you submit a product review, your display name and review content may appear publicly; your email address is not displayed as part of the review.

Website and hosting systems process technical information needed to operate and protect the store. This may include IP addresses, browser and device information, and service logs. WooCommerce also uses referral and session information to help us understand how visits lead to orders.

Cash on Delivery is currently available. We do not ask for card details at checkout. Please do not send card details or account passwords through our forms or email.

How we use information

We use relevant information to process and deliver orders, manage accounts, communicate about purchases, respond to enquiries and assess replacement requests. We may also use records to prevent misuse, understand order sources, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Collection updates are optional. Submitting the updates form sends your email address and consent choice to our store team by email so we can handle your request. You can withdraw your marketing preference by emailing shop@outcast.pk. Essential order and account messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Services that process information

The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce, with Hostinger providing website hosting and email services. WPForms handles our forms. Form notifications are delivered to the store team through our business email accounts and their email providers, including Hostinger and Google. Our current WPForms setup sends submissions by email without keeping an entry database in WordPress or using WPForms’ external entry-backup service.

The website also loads a Hostinger Reach integration script. The site is not currently connected to a Reach mailing list; submitting our collection-updates form sends an email request to our team.

Relevant order and contact details are shared with delivery providers to fulfil purchases and collect Cash on Delivery payments. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and similar browser storage support the shopping bag, login sessions, website preferences and order-source attribution. Browser storage may remember that a shopping-help prompt has already been shown, so it does not keep appearing.

You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the store from working correctly.

Records and your choices

The store does not currently apply fixed automatic deletion periods to order and account records. These records remain until reviewed or removed. Support and collection-update requests may remain in business email records. Retention decisions take account of the purpose of the record, outstanding purchases or enquiries, disputes and applicable legal obligations.

You may email shop@outcast.pk to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw a marketing preference. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are considered alongside any records we need to retain and applicable law.

Security and other websites

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Links to external websites, including social platforms, are covered by those websites’ privacy practices.
