30 DAY EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE
- Products purchased in store can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase with price tag & receipt. If you do not wish to purchase a product in exchange, you will be given a store credit/voucher or a refund (through cheque/bank transfer only).
- Products purchased online can be exchanged or returned either at the store (order email is required) or online within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email first so that we may guide you properly.
- Return of a product that is delivered wrongly or is faulty is the responsibility of the brand and will be exchanged with delivery charges borne by OUTCAST
- Return of a product due to a change of mind will be exchanged with a delivery cost to borne by the customer (charges may vary). If you do not wish to purchase a product in exchange, you will be given a store credit/voucher or a refund (through cheque/bank transfer only).
